2024 1040 to 2025 Organizer - missing critical data

We are now about a week into processing 2025 tax returns and we've noticed the bank account number for refunds (not advanced refund or pay-by-refund) did not transfer over from the 2024 1040 file. The routing number transfers, but not the account number...what are we missing?

We transferred our files over on Jan 16th, thinking that was enough time for the bugs to work themselves out.

There are never updates to the Tax Organizer so don't expect anything. The key is did it properly transfer from the 2024 actual return file to the 2025 actual return file. So far, I've had no issues.

The bugs in 2025 are awful. Other deductions catagories do not populate so reentering them for every corp client is a nightmare. Customer service is useless with no answers but you need to reinstaull.

It amazes me how they can break something (many things) that was working fine the prior year.

Has anyone seen a response or fix to this and the Corp bugs?

They won't do anything with the organizer this late in the game. As far as other bugs go, the only response you will get is "it will be fixed in a future update".

It's actually not the organizer. It's in the 1040 module...I misread the thread.

I ended up deleting the clients who hadn't been data entered and transferring them in again.
