2023 Amended state return
I prepared an amended return for 2023 and the federal amended went through, but the state (Michigan) won't let me highlight the box to transmit. The reason states that the Michigan return is not complete. There are no errors when the review is processed. The original 2023 return was filed by client using Turbo Tax.
