2022 Form 1116 Sched B- we still can't efile this?

The Tax Form availability tool suggests that the sched B for Form 1116 can be efiled for 2022; I just attempted to file a 2022 return and it was rejected because there was not a binary attachment for sched B.

What is going on with this?

Must be a pdf attachment.  Even if PS won't let us efile this, should at least be an error message in the return to attach.  Seems to be the item I always forget.

    I understand that was the way it was for 2021, but understood it would be remedied in 2022.  Why does tax form availability show it is ready for efile?
