2021 PDF data conversion

I paid $13.00 to convert a PDF 2021 to ProSeries software but its been over 24 hours and no date transferred YET

customer support not knowable to figure out why the data showing on 2022 ProSeries

2021 ProSeries is not allowing me to transfer the date any longer
