2017 ProSeries login

I installed the 2017 program, ,but whe i run it and try to login for the 1st time i get "internet connection required" My internet is fine and every other year after 2017 works fine.  Any help would be appreciated..

Actually the fix is to locate and run the update file.  Once you run the update the problem is solved. Thank you

You could try uninstalling the software and then try a fresh install to see if that works.

      How can you update the file if  you cannot even sign in to the program?
