2 Single Member LLC's

I have a client that has 2 single member LLC's in California, however ProSeries Professional is only adding 1 to the return.  Is it possible to add the second LLC or do I need to print and mail the second form 568?

    "Simple search" ? Intuit?  Idiots can be forgiven for creating two LLC's in California, but you're smarter than that.
