2 factor Authentication not working on land line phone

This is not a question. Just an FYI. 

 

We could not get a code sent to our land line. I call support. Apparently our land line phone # was  put on a "bounce list". The rep was able to get us off of the bounce list. If you have this issue this would be my suggested resolution. Call support and ask them about the bounce list.

How does someone get on Intuit's "bounce list" so they don't bother you with sales calls?  Just curious.

@IRonMaN  I haven’t received with their sales calls in years… not since I changed my phone number to yours

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

No problem.  I just talked to the phone company and they are going to start forwarding all of my calls from Intuit directly to you.
