1120-S INFORMATION WORKSHEET
Hi to all. On 1120-S when reach part VI asks number of employee w2s issued for 2022. My question is, if S-Corp has 2 shareholder employees who got reasonable comp with w-2 and 5 non-shareholder employees this number would be 7 or 5?
Also, asks for some returns required to be filed like 940 or 941, it means along with this 1120-S or forms which already filed timely by payroll provider? Should mark 940 or 941?
