1120-C: extension payment withdrawal

I thought I scheduled the extension payment to be taken out on 4/15/2025. However, it did not happen on that day.

My client just called to say that the payment is being taken out of their bank today (4/23). Is this normal?

How can I tell that I indeed scheduled the payment on 4/15/2025?

It is scheduled - it came out today.

As long as it was scheduled by 4/15, you are good. There have been numerous posts here about payments not coming out on the 15th so everybody just needed to stay calm and be patient.

With my 1040 clients, their extension payments came out on the exact date that we wanted them to be withdrawn.

Both my 1120C client and I were in disbelief that the money was not taken on 4/15. My client ended up making the payment via EFTPS, which became a duplicate. What a bomber!
