1099R info not transferring from last year

Anyone else seeing that some 1099R worksheets aren't rolling over from 2024?

Also once I enter the EIN for one already in the return, its not populating the payer's info onto the 2nd worksheet.

so far so good here, I havent seen this happen.

You can view the EINS saved in your database.

tools > options > Employer/payer Database  is it in there?

I haven't seen that happening.  Funky things are known to happen if you transfer clients early.  Unless you are transferring clients as they come in, you might want to delete clients you haven't worked on yet and try a fresh transfer.

I think the issue on 2024 transfers is that i installed 2024 on to my new computer and it seems that none of the payers transfered.

As for entering a 2nd 1099R for the same payer, no idea why that didn't populate.

There's a file you can transfer its in the Common folder under ProWinXX

its named   eindb.db    if you copy that from the old computer and replace the one in the new computer with it, you'll have your old database back!
