1099G FORM

1099G form says State Tax ID (TIN) number on top of page.  I don't see it.  Cam anyone help/

Just  put the Federal EIN at the top of the worksheet and it will quit hassling you for a number at the bottom.

Top of the worksheet, Payers TIN 
They want the Federal ID input there at the top

Thanks for quick response.  State Id is payers SSN

Next line says Federal TIN  Where do I get this?
