Where to enter the 1099-S proceeds from real estate transactions on Proseries professional tax software?

Depends what was sold.

Rental property you dispose of it through the asset entry worksheets.

Personal residence you use the Home Sale Worksheet

Other real estate you use the 1099B worksheet, just like a stock sale.

      it gives a bunch of choices for the 1099S when you type it in there
