1099 NEC with no withholding State copy
Has anyone filed a state copy of 2023 1099 NEC, for a business client, with NO PA tax withholding, directly through the new Pennsylvania PA my path system? The terminology that they use on this seems to suggest to me that they may be expecting PA state income tax to be withheld on this, but I am not sure. I called pa dor my path, and I couldn't get a hold of someone who could help me, and then they put me on hold. Thanks a million for your help.
