On the consolidated 1099 in the Mutual Fund and UIT Supplemental Section, I know where to report the Direct Federal Investment Income on the Additional Dividend Information under US Govt Interest but where do I enter the Municipal Income listed for state of residence and other state amounts?

On same Dividend Income Worksheet below the Box 5 US Govt Interest is Section C. That's where you enter the info. If resident state enter the State abbreviation. If nonresident state enter XX. If both, you'll need two Dividend lines\ on the Interest and Ordinary Dividends input sheet.
