Is the mother actually claiming 100% of the allocation?

If you don't know or if she isn't actually claiming 100%, does the the divorce decree say anything about it?

Yes the mother is claiming 100% allocation. So how do I enter it in Proseries?

Enter the 1095-A.  Then look for the "allocation" section to enter 0%.

I think the IRS system isn't set up well for 0% allocations, so you may need to attach the 8962 by a PDF and call the category of attachment "ACA Explanation".
