1065 PRINT basis statements

Anyone have a work around to printing the basis statement other than one at a time?

Last year you could select them all under the print select form option.  This year it doesn't even show as a form so you have to go to the actual form and print from there.

Help says it will print in the client and preparer copy but its not printing for me.

On the Information worksheet for the Form 1065, under 'Partner Printing Options" 3rd from bottom, do you have the YES box checked?  seems like the default is NO this year  for some strange reason/

Hello,

First, you’ll want to confirm that your print options are set up correctly. You can do this by following these steps:

  1. Click the Print icon.
  2. Select Global Print Options.
  3. Choose Control Which Forms Print.
  4. Under the Other Worksheets section, locate Partner’s Basis Computation (this is the Partner Basis Statement).

Confirm your print options for the Basis Statement are set up as desired.

To print all Basis Statements at once:

  1. Click the “Print Selected Forms” icon.
  2. Choose the “Selected Forms” option, then click “Choose.” A window will open displaying all available forms.
  3. While holding down the CTRL key, select each of the "Partner's Basis Computations" you would like to print.
  4. Click OK to proceed with printing.

This will allow you to print multiple (or all) basis statements at the same time.

I hope this helps!
