I have a canadian customer with casino winnings. I will do the ITIN for her and also wanted me to file the 1040NR, but I dont have the 1040NR form on my proseries. Is there a way to buy the form as needed? any further explanation will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you can have both on your computer at the same time with no problem. I think many (or most) Basic users do that, including me. You can even have them both open at the same time because they are two completely different programs.
The navigation is different between them, but once you find the form or worksheet, the data-entry is identical between them.
