Can then I have the 2 softwares and no conflict at all? use one for the 50 I already have, and the professional as needed? .. they over the phone told me I would have to upgrade and then will send me a refund, for my basic 50 (I already paid) and then will only have the professional... it was very confusing what they said.
Yes, you can have both on your computer at the same time with no problem. I think many (or most) Basic users do that, including me. You can even have them both open at the same time because they are two completely different programs.
The navigation is different between them, but once you find the form or worksheet, the data-entry is identical between them.
