Resolved: Colorado E-file Open and Transmission Details
Colorado has announced a mid-February e-file open date.
ProSeries will open in advance allowing preparers to transmit these returns which will be held until the state officially opens to receive these filings.
ProSeries will open e-file today, January 31, 2024, allowing these returns to be sent to ProSeries. Once sent these returns will be held with an e-file acknowledgement of 'Received at ProSeries', and will remain until the state opens. Once the state begins processing returns, the e-file acknowledgement status will be updated to reflect this.
