Incorrect Date for Illinois Fourth Quarter PTE Estimate
If you are required to pay estimates for Illinois PTE taxes you may notice the due date for the fourth quarter is incorrect. There will be an update released on November 17,2022 to correct the date. The correct 4th quarter estimated tax payment date for filers will be the 12th month of their taxable year. For a calendar year filer, the date will be 12/15/2022.
