Important Update Regarding VA Pass-Through Entity Tax (PTET)

Virginia has announced that Electing Pass-Through Entities (PTEs) can now file and pay their Tax Year 2021 Pass- Through Entity Tax (PTET) return.  However, this will not be available within the 2021 ProSeries program and the state is directing filers to use their online application to file their PTET. 

This is available on the state’s online application for businesses
