2024 Kentucky E-file issue regarding 9 digit Corporation/LLET Account Numbers
Newer Kentucky business filings (corporation, partnership, s-corporation), issued Kentucky Corporation /LLET account numbers greater than six digits, are unable to file tax year 2024 returns electronically. The agency’s e-file specifications do not accommodate the longer values and cannot be changed for this filing period. Returns will need to be printed and mailed to the address listed in the software’s filing instructions.
