1099-R RMD error update on 2/27

The RMD error message is scheduled to be removed from 1099-R input in the 2/27 release.

In the meantime, if you encounter an error related to Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), and your taxpayer or spouse is over the age of 74 with an IRA or qualified distribution, please enter '0' as the RMD amount.
