Update your ProConnect Tax Bookmarks
After June 2023, some older URLs may no longer work for ProConnect Tax. If you have any bookmarks or documentation that references links to the site, these may need to be updated.
If you use a bookmark of link to go to ProConnect Tax and receive a page displaying 404 or a message that the page could not be found after June 2023, you may have an old URL that will need to be updated.
You can check if your saved URL/bookmark has “intuit.com/app/protax/” as part of the URL, in which case you do not need to update your saved URL.
If you would like to bookmark or have a URL that points to the login page, ensure that you change any existing links from https://ito.intuit.com/login to https://ito.intuit.com. Please note this is an example, it is possible there are other references pointing to other pages that will need to be updated.
