The Oklahoma Department of Revenue is currently reviewing the business rule rejection R0000-012, effecting ProConnect Tax 2023 returns. If you see e-file transmissions with the following reject code (R0000-012), you can subscribe to this Community post for updated information including a notice letting you know when it's okay to re-transmit these returns.
