Question

Working on a 990 for an existing client. We had a director leave this past tax year. We can't figure out how to delete the director from list on Part IV.

The director is shown on the quick entry screen, and we can click on details for that director.  But can't find the place to remove that person.

Consider that you are supposed to show all persons who were directors during the tax year.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    True, but this person went off the board before this tax year started.

    Soo, I still need to delete them.

    In the entry for that director, their name is in a tab at the top. Next to the name is an "x" Click the "x".
