How do you get the W-RA to generate a checkmark in the appropriate box for the Veteran & Surviving Spouses Property Tax Credit?

For electronic filing it will generate once you enter the amount of Property tax credit on line #30 Form 1.
**CORRECTION** LOOKS LIKE THE PROGRAM CHANGED (NOW) TO NOT INCLUDE THE W-RA IF YOU INCLUDE A PDF DOCUMENTS AS ATTACHMENTS TO THE RETURN!!!
