Using Pro-Connect.  Anyone know how to resolve? The paid preparer, firm telephone number, and the PTIN-FEIN field must all be entered for electronically filed returns. WI - Ref #2560

    Unlike TurboTax, you must have an EFIN to e-file with ProConnect.

      Hi @TMPARSONS 
      The recommendation is to double-check that both federal and state are marked for e-file on the Profile screen. If you're looking to only file state, still mark both for e-file and un-check federal on the File Return screen.
