Why is there not an option to put in Spouse tips on Sch 1-A.

In the Deductions tab under Adjustment to Income, Additional Deductions, I cannot enter in the spouse column "Qualified tips received in the course of a trade or business [Override]"

 

Why not?

Hi, the new deductions for qualified tips should be entered on the W-2 screen.  As a result, by indicating who the W-2 belongs to taxpayer or spouse, it will go to the right person.  Article: Generating Schedule 1-A
