Question

Why is the dependent credit not calculating for me? It has done this on all different clients. The dependent credit ALWAYS says 0, no matter the data I enter! :/

In the dependent entry you have appropriate date of birth? Valid SSN? Months lived At Home? Entered 1 for Type, EIC, Child Tax Credit?
