Question
Why is ProConnect so awful right now that it will not load tax returns or allow me to file returns that I have ALREADY PREPAID FOR?! And will NOT answer the phone!!
I have attempted to call their number a few times now and never have received an answer because I cannot get an actual person on the phone and have been disconnected or have ended the call because they will not connect me with anyone who can actually provide support.
