Why is page 2 of 1040 showing up on the bottom of page 1, is anyone else experiencing this?

I am assuming because it was requested it PS and Lacerte, that ITO would also allow the option. There is probably a box to check to put it back.

I guess it is just a continuation of the paperwork reduction act. Looks kinda weird. Sorry had to zoom out to get the full affect.

It is not the 1040 that we love and remember, but an amalgam of two ugly pages. 

Answers are easy. Questions are hard!
