Why is Form 8812 not Calculting Correctly?

Line 9 minus Line 3 is not Zero. All my Credit Limit Worksheets are at Zero. What am I missing?

    You have that reversed.  It is line 3 minus line 9.  Does that solve it?

    Yes, that is what I meant. Sorry for the lack of editing. Still shouldn't be zero.

    Could you give an example of a line 3 and a line 9?

    Is line 3 bigger than line 9? 

    If line 3 is smaller than line 9, you will get a negative number, so you would enter -0-, just like it says to do. 

    We all have those days when ....
