why is client not listed in pro connect

in my listing of pro connect clients, one pro series client is not listed. All other pro series clients are listed.

Why is just one not listed?

?? ProConnect or Pro Series???

If ProConnect, the only thing I can think of is you clicked one of the headings at the top or maybe a different year. I fully expect it is operator error.

My question was related specifically to the Proconnect program.

When I go to Proconnect, I can see the clients I prepared in Proconnect-(my business clients) BUT I can also see my 1040 clients that I prepare in Proseries Basic. I also have just a couple of business clients I have used Proseries to prepare their returns, but I cannot see those business clients listed in Proconnect, ie the business clients in Proseries.

So a better question is-Why, when I open Proconnect, I can see my 1040 clients listed in Proseries Basic, but I can't see the clients in Proseries?

The reason being is that I'd like to prepare, in Proconnect, the business clients I used Proseries in the past.
