Why does my 2022 net income in QuickBooks not match Schedule M-1 Net Income per Books on line 1 in Pro Connect?

1.You've made a mistake somewhere.

2.There are book tax differences.

Go over all the income and expense entries and compare to QB. See what's incorrect/missing.
