Why can't I efile an extension if the filing deadline for Texas was extended to 6/15/2021?

ProTax Online is giving me an error that the extension period is passed.

Because IRS declined to update their efiling system.

    You'll have to paper-file the extension.  Hopefully you have a regional post office that's open until midnight.
