Whether Form 114 and Federal&State returns are to be efiled simulataneoudly? or those two being to different Agencies, each of them are to be efiled separatel ,and , if so, in what sequenc?

    FinCen 114 and 1040/state are separate filings. The order filed doesn't matter.

      The concern is whether INUIT'S PROCONNECT WILL PALLOW US TO FILE 114 AND 1040 allow us to file them one after the other or togeether. / Last year system locked as soon I efiled 1040. Since I was hard pressed with travel schedule, I had to file efile 114 directly on ther portal, since i could not access intuir then.
