where to enter 40%-60% section 1256 options?

I found Contracts and Straddles section (6781) under schedule D, but where do I enter 40% ST and 60% LT? Thank you.

If you fill out Part 1 of the Form 6781, the gain or loss should be split that way on Lines 8 and 9, and carry over automatically to Schedule D.  At least, it does with ProSeries.
