Question

Where is the input to resolve this critical diagnostic? New York requires a Document ID/State-Issued PIN when Driver's License info has been entered for authentication.

I have the pins available, but I can't find the state specific inputs for them.

They are at the bottom of the info for name, SSN, etc.

I already have the DL info entered, but not the state PIN (located on the back of the DL) and I cannot find an input for that.

Client Information > New York Information > 1st item is Taxpayer Document...., 2nd item is for spouse. 

Use the Search above General and Search for PIN  It is the Third hit
