Where I can find the 'Description Field' after IRS reject for a dependent?

Error solution suggests to "..review the Description field. There will be a number in brackets, [?], that identifies which dependent is causing this reject."

Tax return with three minor dependents was just rejected.  Where can I locate the description field to find the number that identifies the dependent?

    Hi,

    The number is usually a representation of the dependent's order in the efile. There are couple things you can check:

    1. Avoid special characters in dependents' names.

    2. Use the correct relationship from the selection provided.

    3. Make sure the SSN is correct and valid.

    4. Include the IRS PIN if provided by the IRS.

      Hello krokholm,

      Unfortunately, we don't actually shows that number in PTO.  You would have to contact our support so they can look that up.
