Where do I input the amount someone received for stimulus GSS II in California? There is no form?

Golden State Stimulus is not taxable to Fed or CA.

Middle Class Refund MAY be taxable to Federal https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/common-questions-california-middle-class-tax/L5cy30mhW_US_en_US?uid=ldbwo0ke

If it does not change the fed tax go ahead. If it does change, stay tuned for an update from IRS as to whether it is taxable.
