Where can I make first installment payment for Delware Franchise Tax?
Our tax liability is expected to exceed $5000 (13M equity) this year so we are supposed to make the first installment of 2023 estimated payment before 6/1. Where can I do that? I tried http://corp.delaware.gov and it is only for annual report for 2022? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
