Question

When will the Premium Tax Credit Form be updated? I am still not able to process returns showing excess advance payment since they are showing repayment due.

If you haven't already found out, the IRS and Intuit have just fixed this issue.

How was it fixed? Is there something that needs to be done in in Pro Series so the excess PTC is not taxable?

I don't use Pro Series, I use ProConnect . On it you just check the Box "apply American Rescue Plan Act provisions" under Misc. Info/Direct Deposit, the Miscellaneous tab.
