When will the form 8962 be updated that waives the repayment of excess advance payment of the premium tax?

Under the American Rescue Plan of March 11th 2021, the repayment is waived off - when will the form be updated so that a client's return could be efiled?

Who knows! I have two clients in the same situation. All I can do is wait for the IRS to revise Form 8962 and then Intuit will update.

Just remember the IRS moves at glacier speed.
