After the IRS finalized the forms?  When I checked earlier in the week, the IRS has yet to publish theirs.

    It's final on the IRS website -- I think they like software developers to stall on releasing it so that people don't use it for making their final payment for the year before,

      Probably a few days before IRS announces the first payment won't be due until July, like last year.

        Says February 18th which is just nuts to me. It has been release by IRS, what's the hold up? Why over a week after IRS? There were no changes.
