When I submit a 2020 tax return. I get this error: E-file Transmission Failure [etxcode=Go-Live,start=,end=04-30-2021 06:00 AM] Problem occurred transmitting efile data

E-file doesn't open until February 12th. While you *can* send returns to Intuit to hold starting today, it looks like it's later in the day today. Also, there are no takesies-backsies, so no benefit and potential detriment to filing at the earliest possible moment.

    I'm getting the same for Texas Franchise return. I can't find when those will be accepted by Comptroller.  I received email reminder of due date this morning hoping it meant they were "Live"

    Why are you submitting returns two weeks before the IRS will begin accepting and processing them?
