When I stop using ProConnect Tax, what happens to my clients info uploaded through Link?

Client uploaded data for this year but I switched software and Intuit won't let me retrieve it.  What can be done about this?

Ask the client to upload it to your new software.

    Done that. 

    But they uploaded to Link first and now they want to take it down.  Is there a way for them to do that or is their information now out in the cloud somewhere never to be seen again (hopefully)?
