When I look at the client list how can I tell if a return has been completed and filed?

If you file in paper, ProConnect Tax wouldn't know.  You can change the status manually though.

For electronically filed returns, you will find the current status under each of the following columns on the dashboard:

  • ESIGNATURE STATUS
  • FEDERAL EFILE STATUS
  • STATE EFILE STATUS
  • EXTENSION EFILE STATUS
