What process can I use to correct the authentication failure of the spouse's e-signature on a jointly filed 1040?

Well, the ProConnect expert told me to void and start over. That will really impress a new client. In  this case, I just clicked to send reminder, and the singing party was able to pass the ID check and complete the document.
