      It can depend on the details.

      You didn't say what Form 3115 was being used for, and how many items it affects.

      It can be a big difference between filing Form 8824 in a one-property to one-property situation versus a 23-property to 16-property situation.

      And of course locality/area, your clientele and your experience all can factor into the fee.
