What happens if I accidentally clicked e-File before I got the client's e-Signature?

You just make sure to follow up and get the 8879 signed and put in the client file.
I'm pretty sure the second scenario is more likely, but the IRS does like to put the fear of the lord into folks so I thought I would follow their tradition 😉
